Daily Itinerary
Meet your driver at 8:00 AM at your Marrakech riad/hotel. Depart for Ouarzazate, travelling through the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Enjoy stunning landscapes and Berber villages along the way. Visit Telouet Kasbah, the former home of the Glaoui family. Explore the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou, known for its stunning fortress that has served as a backdrop for numerous films, including Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia. After your visit, continue to Ouarzazate, where you’ll spend the night in a charming riad.
After breakfast, depart for the Erg Chebbi dunes, crossing the volcanic Anti-Atlas Mountains. Stop at Agdez and the picturesque Draa Valley, renowned for its palm groves and Berber villages. Visit Rissani, a small town famous for its traditional market. Upon arriving in Merzouga, embark on a camel trek to your desert camp, enjoying a mesmerizing sunset along the way. Spend the night in a nomadic tent or under the stars, with dinner and traditional entertainment.
Awake early to witness the sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy breakfast at your camp before returning to your hotel for a shower. Continue your journey to the Todra Gorges, a stunning canyon perfect for hiking.
